I've done that once, on flamingo in Camargue! Yeh I know they are big and it is sometime quite painful!Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16336362938871245037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797156419109968733.post-75230777770365128562009-09-17T08:33:36.640-04:002009-09-17T08:33:36.640-04:00What a cute post Dave! I'm noticing more Titmice around now and Black-Capped Chickadees. I love hearing those little birds.Ginnymohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08865222893888430709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797156419109968733.post-55523913862137180882009-09-17T00:04:11.494-04:002009-09-17T00:04:11.494-04:00Dave, I don't mean to correct you but the phot...Dave, I don't mean to correct you but the photo of the young cardinal having a bad hair day? That's actually THE look for young cardinals today. Every hip young Cardinalis cardinalis is sporting that 'do for the fall. The older cardinals shake their heads and mutter about today's youth not appreciating the importance of good preening, but you just can't get through to the younger generation. Different values, man.Gabriellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15086855019663714453noreply@blogger.com
