That last photo of yours is a Northern goshawk. The Christmas accipiter. Notice the head size compared to the body and the shoulders. Also the base of the tail is very broad and this broadness is carried throughout the length of the completely folded tail.You said "Oops,Did I do it again?"<br />Then "Gosh..."
